All playdough is homemade and non-toxic, but it is not edible.
Contents of each kit may vary slightly from the images shown. We aim to keep everything on-theme, but small variations may occur.
Colours, toys, and accessories may differ depending on availability.
Recommended for children 3 years and older due to small parts (choking hazard).

3. Safety

Adult supervision is required at all times when children are playing with our products.
Playdough contains wheat and may not be suitable for children with gluten allergies or sensitivities.
By purchasing, you accept responsibility for ensuring the product is appropriate and safely used.

4. Orders & Payments

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD).
Payment is required at checkout to confirm your order.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if necessary (e.g., due to stock availability or error).

5. Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship within Australia (and other regions if stated at checkout).
Shipping times may vary depending on your location and postal service delays.
Once shipped, Playdough Adventures is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed parcels.

6. Returns & Refunds

Due to the handmade and sensory nature of our products, we do not accept returns for change of mind.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll happily work with you to resolve the issue.
