At Playdough Adventures, we aim to deliver your order safely and efficiently. All orders are processed within 2–4 business days and shipped via Australia post with $15 flat rate shipping.
Please note that shipping is at the buyer’s expense for all orders under $100 AUD. Orders totalling $100 AUD or more may qualify for free standard shipping within Australia. If you require express delivery or international shipping, additional charges will apply regardless of order value. Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive tracking details via email. We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services or customs clearance.
